How does the enrollment process work?

| NEW | The status of enrollment is set to "NEW" initially. |
| APPROVED |
When enrollment is Approved by the supervisor or administrator, the status is set to "APPROVED". For FAA employees, enrollments must be approved by his/her supervisor or training officer. For non-FAA students, an enrollment fee must be paid to approve the enrollment. However, student can request a waiver. |
| COMPLETE | Enrollment is set to "COMPLETE" when the student has finished all required exams with a final grade of 70 or higher. |
| FAILED | Enrollment is set to "FAILED" when student has failed exam(s) with a final grade lower than 70. |
| MAILONLY | No approval required for course 447xx. Enrollment is set to "MAILONLY" once enrollment is made. |
| PENDING | Enrollment is set to "PENDING" when student has failed the first attempt of the final exam. This is for Technical Operations Training students only. |
| REJECTED | Enrollment is set to "REJECTED" when it is rejected by the supervisor or administrator. |
| WITHDRAWN | "NEW"
enrollments will be withdrawn if they remain unverified for 6 months.
"APPROVED" enrollments will be withdrawn if no activity (no exam submitted) after 6 months. Enrollments can be withdrawn upon request of students. |
