Course consists of an overview of the ISO 9001 Standard and internal auditing activities. Course includes interpreting the ISO 9001 standard requirements, terms & definitions; planning, managing & scheduling the audit from start to end, which includes overseeing meetings to share findings, and delivering reports. The emphasis in a Lead Auditor training session is how-to-audit an entire system for conformance to requirements. | |||
