| In this first module we address our present challenges of leading a workforce that is in a very different place than in early 2020. Our work experience has shifted from ""what we do"" to ""how we do it"". Our teams have grown accustomed to remote/telework and the shift back to an office setting can prove to be challenging. What does it take to lead a workforce that has grown more autonomous? How do we encourage re-engagement into an office setting? How do we successfully lead complex groups of people that have been onsite the entire time while others have been at home? How do we think, engage, and lead differently? This module will equip the participant to operate differently in a new changing dynamic culture. | |||
