| The purpose of this training is to provide participants the policy roles and responsibilities of AVS personnel who appoint, manage and oversee ODA Holders in accordance with FAA Order 8100.15 (Organization Designation Authorization Procedures). It also describes the purpose and function of the Organization Management Team (OMT) in providing oversight of ODA Holders and discusses effective strategies and resources for working with organizational designees. Target Audience(s): The following AVS personnel: Individuals in management with assigned OMT Leads or Core OMT members. Individuals that will be assigned as OMT Leads. Individuals that will be assigned as Core OMT Members. Prerequisite: FAA27000029 - Introduction to Designee Management for AVS Personnel; FAA8000.95 NOTE: This course in not available to non-FAA audiences. | |||
