| The Internal Security Division, AIN-100 has developed a web-based incident reporting system, whereby FAA personnel can report incidents on-line. FAA personnel who have access to the FAA intranet will be able to enter an incident into the database from the My FAA Employee page. The individual will proceed by clicking on an ""Incident Reporting"" link from the main page. FAA contractor employees who do not have access to a computer will be provided a hard copy of the form to complete and return to their Facility Manager (FM) or designee. There will be a briefing on the new security equipment maintenance contract to advise the Physical Security Specialist how to best assist their facilities in the implementation of the contract. There will be a discussion on the need to include compensatory measures in our day to day contact with facilities and to include them in the FSRS documentation. The end of the session will cover how to apply the blast and setback requirements recently published to new Regional Offices and Regional Offices with Service Centers. | |||
