| The Air Traffic Safety Oversight Service (AOV) provides independent regulatory oversight of the the Air Traffic Organization (ATO). Malcom K. Sparrow, a professor at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, is a world-renowned expert in regulatory risk control, enforcement strategy, and intelligence analysis. On Monday, June 9, 2014, Mr. Sparrow will meet with the 18 members of the AOV Management Team and have a far reaching discussion about regulatory policy in general, how those tenets transfer into the regulatory functions of AOV, and what changes and evolution regulatory entities are essential to an effective regulator. | |||
