The purpose of this training is to provide Flight Standards investigating officials a comprehensive review of the proper procedures necessary to conduct a management inquiry. This 5-day course will include the details of reviewing a complaint, highlighting allegations, preparing the investigation, conducting interviews and writing a thorough report. The training includes a mix of presentation, active discussion and working through scenarios. There will be guest speakers representing Labor Relations, Foundational Business Management Services, Regulatory Support Division, Workforce Development, and Office of Audit and Evaluation (AAE Hotlines). Attendance of this training is a requirement for Flight Standards investigating officials who conduct Management Inquiries.
