This course meets AVS employee workforce Quality Management System (QMS) orientation requirements. The completion of this course and the associated training record is an important part of sustaining the AVS QMS. The participant will complete five (5) chapters of material that may be bookmarked for future reference and audit refresher-review. The content includes a short overview of the AVS mission; an introduction to ISO 9000 and QMS features; an AVS QMS overview; a description of the AVS QMS in practice and material on your QMS tools and resources. AVS Services and Offices may supplement this with their mission-specific process QMS orientation material. | |||
