COURSE 2007-08-24
INACTIVE. The purpose of this training is to provide participants with the tools and information necessary to find compliance with the new 14 CFR Part 26 Design Approval Holder requirements as they apply to the Enhanced Airworthiness Program for Airplane Systems (EAPAS) and Fuel Tank Safety initiatives. AUDIENCE: The following personnel are required to attend this training: 1. Aircraft Certification Office and Transport Standards Staff Systems and Equipment& Powerplant Engineers who certify electrical systems & wire, Program Managers, and Project Officers involved in Transport Category Airplane certification projects. 2. AFS personnel: Headquarters Maintenance and Avionics Policy Inspectors responsible for EAPAS national policy and AEG Aviation Safety Inspectors (AW).
