This course is offered AVS-wide. The course material directly supports the Quality Management System (QMS) and indirectly supports other investigation activities. The course is an 8-hour block of instruction with interactive lecturing on techniques and decision making and group case analysis for hands-on experience. This course is intended for the employee who may be the ""go-to"" individual in the organization for performing root cause analysis activity to complete a Corrective Action Request (CAR) or a Preventive Action Request (PAR), or the person selected to review or validate an action. This item provides 8 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
