| The course prepares employees to lead internal audit activities under the ISO-based Quality Management System. The course satisfies ISO training requirements and qualifies each participant to apply for certification under the RAB QMS Auditor Certification Program. This lead Auditor training course is recognized by the International Auditor and Training Certification Association (IATCA). The interactive lecture and case-study format will address ISO 9000 Terms and Definitions; Principles of Auditing; Understanding the Audit Process; Audit Activities; Initiating the audit; Conducting the document review; Preparation for on-site audit activities; Conducting the audit; Audit Reporting; Conducting the audit follow-up; Competence & Evaluation of Auditors; ISO 9000 Knowledge and an in-class, monitored final examination. Must be an experienced internal auditor with participation in at least 3 audits. | |||
