| This two-hour web-based course provides instruction to enable learner to: 1) evaluate the QMS record information and problem description for clarity and accuracy; 2) Evaluate whether the correct process was selected (CAR, PAR, NCR); 3) Determine the correct disposition (reject, return, assign, elevate); 4) Identify the resources necessary to perform the causal analysis and assignment; 5) Assess the elements and adequacy of the provided causal analysis; 6) Evaluate whether the corrective/ preventive actions address the causes; 7) Evaluate whether the implementation plan is appropriate; 8) Assign the report for verification of implemented actions; 9) Assess the results of the verification process; 10) Close the report (CAR, PAR, NCR); and 11) Utilize the Delegation function to manage QMS activities. This is an organizational POR (Person of Responsibility) Curriculum Course. | |||
