| This web-based training introduces members of the AVS workforce to the need and process for stakeholder feedback. A stakeholder is anyone who has an interest in our regulatory technical or business processes and may be internal or external to AVS. Feedback is information about the results of any of our regulatory technical or business processes. This course describes the process features and introduces the automation tool that people will use to report, collect, summarize and respond to positive or negative feedback information. This course describes the organizational roles and responsibilities in processing feedback. This is an organizational POR (Person of Responsibility) Curriculum Course. | |||
