| This course will provide Aviation Safety Inspectors with information needed to accept, evaluate and process proposals submitted by U.S. operators for authorization to conduct ADS-B Out operations, per FAA Order 8900.1, Volume 3, Chapter 18, Section 3, Paragraph A353, outside U.S. controlled airspace. This course focuses on proposals submitted for authorizaiton of ADS-B Out operations in Canada, but the information applies to proposals submitted for other regions of the world. Guidance for ADS-B Out proposals in all regions is contained in the Flight Standards Information Management System (FSIMS) and AC 90-114. | |||
