| The purpose of this training is to provide participants with guidance and resources necessary to perform surveillance of manufacturing facilities or repair stations working on large/complex composite components. Participants will gain increased awareness and knowledge on the complexities of auditing/inspecting these facilities, as well as, the importance of quality, materials, and process control associated with composite manufacturing and repair operations. The following personnel are required to take this training: 1) AFS Airworthiness Aviation Safety Inspectors and 2) MIDO Safety Inspectors that have oversight responsibilities of composite manufacturing or repair facilities. | |||
