| This on-line course is designed to provide FAA Aviation Safety Engineers with the information needed to evaluate an applicants use of legacy software and associated tools in accordance with AC 20-115D. The course is optional for eligible non-FAA individuals through the AVS Designee Registration System. This course requires prior working knowledge of DO-178B and C (or EUROCAE equivalent). MATERIALS: Participants must furnish copies of D0-1 78C and D0-330 (or Eurocae equivalents). D0-1788, 331, 332, and 333 are beneficial. RTCA members and non-members may obtain these from www.rtca.org. (There is no charge to RTCA members for electronic copies.)
