| This course will provide a basic understanding of required navigation performance (RNP), RNP special aircraft and aircrew authorization required (SAAAR) concepts, and construction according to FAA publications. This training will present the terminology, criteria, and methods of developing RNP and RNP SAAAR approach procedures. It is designed for personnel that have a prior understanding of ground-based and area navigation navigation (RNAV) instrument approach procedures development.
