| This training video provides all FAA employees with information on their rights and responsibilities under EEOC Management Directive (MD) 715. MD-715 is the roadmap for the agencys Model EEO Program. The video highlights the elements of MD-715, what it means for the agency to have a Model EEO Program, prevention of discrimination and/or harassment and requesting reasonable accommodation. The video also discusses the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 (GINA), a recent law, which added another protected basis for filing an EEO complaint. At the conclusion of the video, employees will have a better understanding of their expectations in working with others towards the agencys goals under MD715.
