| Title II of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008 prohibits employment discrimination on the basis of genetic information. In the same year, the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 was amended to clarify and broaden the definition of those individuals included under the ADAs term disability.
