(30201079) Understanding Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR)
VIDEO 2013-11-27
With the increasing caseload in courts today, the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become an increasingly valuable tool. ADR allows disputing parties to resolve differences through an interactive, non-binding process that embodies lower costs, greater confidentiality, and use of a neutral facilitator/mediator to assist in resolving the dispute. In this session, participants learn what ADR entails, how to engage in the ADR process, and what roles each individual plays in the process.
