| This course is designed for HR Specialists and HR Assistants. Course content will introduce the student to the WTTS/EODS features and functions of this Web-based application. Structured practical exercises for the Gains and Special Programs modules will allow students to re-enforce the information and concepts presented. Students will assume the Manager/Supervisor role and will create a vacancy, complete position information, create a hire action, sent position information to FPPS, review general information and status history. Using the HR Specialist role, students will review information provided by the Vacancy Announcement System (VAS) and complete required selectee information which includes managing Selectee forms. In addition, students will complete position documentation, staffing certificate and security information, hiring documentation and the steps to perform when publishing a record. A discussion will be provided and students will access and review the available WTTS/EODS reports. | |||
