This course is designed to educate managers and supervisors of their responsibilities as it relates to Accountability Board. The FAA Administrator established the Accountability Board on July 1, 1998, in response to concerns expressed by Congress regarding the agency's handling of sexual harassment allegations. The Board now follows standardized procedures to ensure managements uniform and effective handling of sexual harassment allegations and related misconducts of sexual nature. At the completion of the course, you will be well informed of the Accountability Board's processes and procedures. This item provides 2 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers.
