| Transforming Our Performance Culture (TOPC) is leadership development workshop that focuses on helping Executives develop and practice the leadership skills and mindset that will shape the culture and performance of the FAA into the future. This workshop provides an engaging, team-based simulation experience that enables participants to see the impact of decisions. While practicing their leadership style through challenging conversations, participants will explore how to lead their team and transform the organization in a time of rapid change. This session enhances participants understanding of the eight critical FAA leadership capabilities, and they will leave the program with clear action steps for enhancing their personal leadership in the operational environment.
