| This self-paced course provides training for Technical Operations Control Center (TOCC) personnel, Airway Transportation Systems Specialists (ATSS) who are responsible for the monitor and control of National Airspace System (NAS) facilities and subsystems. ORCA is designed to replace the command/control functionality of the legacy Maintenance Automation System Software Monitor Control Function (MASS/MCF) and NIS will provide Service and Equipment Monitoring to replace the MASS monitoring functionality. The ORCA/NIS are additions to the RMLS product suite and are used in conjunction with the Peabody Application where services are defined by users with valid permissions. | |||
