| This course provides training for Airway Transportation Systems Specialists (ATSS) personnel with responsibility for maintaining the Technical Refresh 2 Full EnRoute Automation System (EAS) and its subsystem En Route Automation Support Network (EASN) and the EnRoute Automation Display System (EADS). Topics include: Architecture, Theory of Operations, Data Flow, Problem Determination, Corrective and Preventative Maintenance. The course is 65 hours Academy lecture and 127 hours Academy lab. The course will be taught at the FAA Academy. Access to the EnRoute and Oceanic Support website at enroutesupport.faa.gov is recommended. For information about exams for this course, see the Special Instructions in FIST. The 2101-ATSS-EAS-RCT eLMS Curricula will be automatically assigned to students on successful completion of this training. | |||
