| This Metrics for Managers (M4M) Core NAS Policy Compliance (CNPC) workshop provides field training for all Technical Operations Managers and/or Coordinators on the proper use and benefits of the Tech ops toolbox (TOT), DMT Metric tools and Peabody reports. Subject areas include: National Airspace Performance Reporting System (NAPRS), SAL Logging review, PM Scheduler/Validation, Coordination, Certification Metric Tools, Modifications and performance Logging reviews. We will analyze specific SSC technical documentation, review logs and PM schedulers, and provide instruction for correcting discrepancies found during the workshop to assist in developing good future documentation and review practices. | |||
