This web-based course is for Tech Ops Technicians, Engineers, Specialists, and Technical Center Personnel. It takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete this self-paced course through eLMS. During this course, students will learn the concepts of operations for the Standby BUS 1 and Standby Bus 2 Equipment. Topics include the following: Introduction, Purpose and Functionality of the Standby Bus Systems, How the Standby BUS 1 and 2 Equipment Work with Other Devices, Adjusting the Speed Ranges, Working with Breakers. At the end of each module is a Summary with a Self-Check. There is one multiple-choice exam used as the scoring weight of this course.
