| This workshop will provide a brief overview of SMS national policy including AOV, ATO and ATO-W policy as well as CSA policy. A significant portion of the workshop will be dedicated to teaching participants the SRM process. They will learn the process for determining if SRM is required, how to identify potential hazards and their effects. They will learn how to analyze and assess risks, and how to mitigate risks. They will learn signature requirements for SRM documents in the Tech Ops organization and per the SMS Manual version 2.1. They will also participate in interactive group exercises which will allow them to evaluate SRMD and SRMDM documents. | |||
