| This course is given to all Hawaii tenants where their facilities on bases on airports. It is an annual requirement and is given by the State of Hawaii Department of Transportaion Airports Division. It's purpose is to ensure that all of these facilities have a plan in place so that used water, oils and other possible hazardous wastes do not drain into the storm water system, causing a larger environmental problem. | |||
