THIS COURSE IS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE COMPLETE INSTRUCTION IN THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OF THE ANICS E QUIPMENT, ANCILLARY SYSTEMS THAT INTERFACE WITH THE PRIME MISSION HARDWARE INCLUDING NETWORK MONITOR, CONTROL SYSTEMS (NMCS) OPERATIONS. THE STUDENT WILL GAIN SUFFICIENT KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS TO EFFECTIVELY MAINTAIN ANICS EQUIPMENT, ANCILLIARY SYSTEMS T O THE LINE REPLACEABLE UNIT (LRU) LEVEL. A COMBINATION OF CLASSROOM, HANDS-ON INSTRUCTION WILL BE USED TO PRESENT A SYSTEM F UNCTIONAL OVERVIEW AND A PRACTICAL APPLICATION OF MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES, PROCEDURES. THIS IS THE THIRD IN THREE ALASKAN NATIONAL AIRSPACE SYSTEM INTERFACILITY COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM (ANI CS) COURSES. IT'S TAUGHT BY ALASKAN REGION EXPERTS. OTHER REGIONS MAY BE INVITED TO ATTEND.
