| This course will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform nonradar/radar associate controller duties under live traffic conditions. Students should demonstrate the ability to perform independently all duties of the position on all sectors within the assigned area of specialization and attain certification on those sectors. An optional training path is offered (55056) to allow the individual to begin radar training before certifying on all nonradar/radar-associate positions.
