| This 3 hour class introduces users to the features and capabilities of Lotus Notes 8.0.2 Mail and Calendar. Learn how to use Lotus Notes to access and work with email, calendaring, and scheduling. This course is delivered either on-site or on-line using Sametime Meeting and a conference call. You will log into the Sametime Meeting Center, inside of the FAA firewall using Internet Explorer 5.5 or above, with your NexGen Internet account. You can also access the Sametime Meeting Center through the FAA VPN. If you have any problems accessing the Sametime Meeting Center you will need to contact your Local IT Help Desk Support for assistance. Any FAA employee or contractor with an active NexGen Internet account can register and attend this course. Prior to training you will receive a Meeting Invitation from the instructor that includes the course URL, conference call number, course details, and login instructions. | |||
