| This course is for managers, staff personnel, and employees who have a responsibility for conducting briefings or orientations, and for all personnel who need to improve their oral communications skills. The course consists of five lessons to be completed in approximately 15 weeks, and includes elements of the briefing process, determining objectives of a briefing, analyzing the audience, selection and use of visual aids, proper delivery techniques, practice and revision of delivery, and making the arrangements for the briefing. | |||
