Management and program analysts are tasked with making business cases and presenting those cases and staff work (business analysis) to the next level of management for decision making. Some of these professionals excel at the associated tasks, but all too frequently they struggle with communication the essential, core principles of the program for which they present. Fortunately, presentation skills can be taught and engineers, field technicians and financial management specialists are capable of acquiring these skills when taught by the right methodology. This is a basics 2-day class on making presentations. The goal of this course is to provide an opportunity to build confidence and improve the individual s ability to make presentations.
