| The shift simulation ""A Day in the Life of an Operations Supervisor (OS)"" is a realistic series of events and issues an OS may encounter on the job. It enables participants to apply what they learned in the ATLDP leadership skills workshop to realistic situations. Trained facilitators lead participants through multiple challenging scenarios that simulate an 8-hour shift. The participant takes the role of manager, and engages in role-plays and discussion about how to address the issues at hand. Facilitators provide coaching and a supportive environment in which to practice effective leadership behaviors. | |||
