COURSE 2007-03-20
This course provides training for specialists on the Denro Enhanced Terminal Voice Switch (ETVS). The course is 60 hours Academy Lecture, 52 hours of Academy Laboratory, with 16 hours required to complete 89605 (CD93). The DoP is taken after successful completion of this course and is included in the course hours. System key performance and certification parameters that are not tested in the DoP will be individually tested in graded labs during the course. Instruction will include the use of applicable maintenance handbooks, maintenance requirements, standards and tolerances, intervals, etc.; use of TPR'S; and certification procedures including intervals, exceptions and log statement(s). Lecture subject areas include ETVS system overview, function and operation of position modules, purpose and theory of operation of ETVS LRU'S, periodic and corrective maintenance, system reconfiguration, fault isolation and troubleshooting. Laboratory subjects include operation of position equipment, system-level checks and alignments, system reconfiguration, fault isolation, troubleshooting, and key parameters.
