This course provides training for technicians, engineers, FAA technical center personnel, and developmental technicians on Charles 360-80 Channel Bank. The course is 12 hours Academy Lecture and 20 hours Academy Laboratory. Lecture subjects include T1 basics and applications; Channel Bank Overview; installation, turn-up, and configuration; remote management; voice modules including the E&M, FXS, and FXO; data modules including DSU-DP, 56/64XN, and OCU-DP; and troubleshooting. Laboratory subjects include system familiarization, communication and power distribution, navigation and administration, system configuration and troubleshooting.
