Inspector Training System - Flight Standards (International) Course 15206

DESCRIPTION

This 10-day course provides detailed knowledge and practice in the use of the Inspector Training System (ITS). The ITS is a simple but comprehensive system used to manage the training and qualification of international aviation safety inspectors from new hire status through the full performance level. The ITS system includes all necessary components, including all documentation, job task analysis, OJT procedures, and record keeping systems.

OBJECTIVES

  • Establishment of a simple but comprehensive ICAO compliant inspector training program at a national CAA.
  • Management support and instructor readiness to implement the program.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND

All personnel associated with inspector training, including decision makers, managers, and OJT instructors.
