DESCRIPTION

This is a course in administrating air traffic training. The course covers: the central elements of an air traffic training program, the requirements and responsibilities for developing and implementing an air traffic training program, and documentation protocols for tracking individual training. The training format includes lectures, interactive exercises, and a symposium for training administration ideas and problem-solving.

OBJECTIVES
